Established to support our field construction activity, BIS TEPSCO’s ASME coded fabrication shop is essential to ensuring materials and assembled components are delivered to our projects in a timely manner. Services include fitting and welding small and large bore process pipe and fabrication of complete process skids. With in-house electrical and instrumentation capabilities, BIS TEPSCO can efficiently construct and test complete systems onsite. We are able to coordinate and prioritize the fabrication process to fit the individual needs of each project. Materials are fabricated and delivered in the order they are needed, resulting in reduced handling and storage expenses. BIS TEPSCO's Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedures provide an organized program of inspections, examinations, and tests to ensure that all construction, shop fabrication, and field fabrication is completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and standards.
